If a part of your NUSO tobacco stick gets stuck in the heating chamber, here’s what to do:

1. 1. Turn off your NMATE device and wait for it to cool down completely.
2. 2. Once cooled, use a pair of non-metallic tweezers to gently remove the stuck tobacco stick.

It’s important to use non-metallic tweezers, as using metal could be dangerous. Remove the stick as carefully as possible to avoid scratching or damaging the inside of the heating chamber.
